Requirements:
-At least three years work experience in a relevant business process area (ie. Order-to-Cash, Purchase to pay, etc.) or comparable experience supporting information systems for the relevant business area. Preferably strong finance module experience.
-Experience in project and process / systems implementation.
-Experience with packaged ERP application systems, Preferably Dynamic AX .
-Training experience, specifically with small group on-the-job technology instruction.
-Up to 50% of travel to support project requirements.
-Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Resposibilies:
1.ERP Operate & Maintain
-Provide timely process and system support to end users. May require off-hour support as needed.
-Provide business system training to end users.
-Facilitate the escalation and resolution of critical system issues, with the appropriate parties.
-Conduct analysis of system needs and user needs and make recommendations.

2.SME (Subject Matter Expert)/Project Participant Resource
-Participate on project teams to improve and/or redesign business processes, extend existing system modules to new sites, implement new system modules, and upgrade system software.
-Execute system enhancements and configuration.
-Document current business processes.
-Collect and communicate relevant performance metrics for core business processes and facilitate continuous improvement in business processes.
-Ensure the quality of new and existing systems through thorough testing of configuration and programming changes.
-Facilitates the definition of a business case for process and system enhancements.
-Define and document requirements for system enhancements and interfaces. Clearly communicate detailed requirements to Information Systems associates and vendors, ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
-Coordinate the implementation of changes with multiple international business units and WHQ.
