职位描述

工作职责:

Teleport是亚洲航空旗下的货运公司。目前给货运公司Teleport招聘一位:销售经理 。
细节如下:

Develop a deep understanding on our product and operational offerings; this includes developing the ability to creatively provide solutions to our various customer challenges

Build networks and deep working relationships with key decision makers within our target customer groups; focus always on how we can help our customers address their various problems

Work with multiple stakeholders to scope work, identify appropriate resources to pilot solutions, set goals, track and report progress, develop schedules and communicate to customers

Manage potential roll-out bottlenecks, escalate as necessary to management, anticipate and make trade offs and balance the business needs vs. technical or operational constraints

Source for business opportunities and maintain a strong knowledge/awareness on ‘whats the latest in the market’ in terms of pricing as well as solutions

Lead the presentation and creation of pitch/solutions decks; follow up with relevant legal and operational teams to ensure that our solutions are backed with robust legal documentation that protects Teleport as a service provider

Confidently negotiate and influence customers while at the same time be able to exercise good business judgement - knowing when to exercise the trade offs where there is an opportunity for long-term partnerships

Build capability across all levels and all teams

岗位要求:

Experience leading cross functional projects

Well-rounded with operational experience (any field)

Comfortable working in a cross-functional project

Experience in a client-facing role

Confident presenting to an audience, maintain a “cool head” even with tough questions

Strong entrepreneurial spirit - you are excited to grow a business

A problem-solver - love for puzzles or strategy games

Bachelor’s Degree (any field)

5+ years in a project-based working environment, with experience leading complex, large projects

3+ years in a customer-facing/sales role
