Job description:

· Manage the IT infrastructure (hardware & software) to ensure it meets the company’s needs

· Act as the company’s IT project owner by collaborating between colleagues and IT partners to complete projects such as: developing new CRM solutions, establishing multi-software links, customizing ERP features, etc.

· Assist with the implementation and troubleshooting of all employees’ hardware and software

· Be the contact person of the HQ IT and act as the liaison between the China team and the HQ IT team to implement various IT initiatives

IT Infrastructure 15%

Communicate with Belgium IT 15%

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or a related field

· Experienced with managing CRM & ERP software (preferably Fenxiang & Navision)

· Familiar with Windows/Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, Java Script, etc.

· Independent and self-motivated

· Strong communication and project management skills

· Fluent in English and Chinese

Compensation:

· Salary will be based on experience level

· Compensation package will include base salary and performance-based bonuses
