主要职责
我们正在寻找一位客户服务专家加入我们设在华东（江苏南京，浙江杭州，江西南昌，湖北武汉）的大中华区服务部门。向区域服务经理汇报，该职位内部与临床，销售，市场团队合作，外部与配送商，康复中心，听力诊所等合作。
在这个职位上，您将负责区域内的用户服务相关工作，所提供的服务包含：用户注册、配件更换、培训、客户关怀、用户活动，产品升级等。
在此岗位上，您将通过日常服务，提高客户满意度，提升客户体验，树立品牌形象，建立服务口碑。
关键需求
正规大学专科以上毕业（临床，听力学，特殊教育专业优先）
3年以上客户服务经验（有听力行业服务经验优先）
熟悉并熟练使用office办公软件和CRM系统，例如：powerpoint，excel，word，等
英语四级或以上，良好的英语听说读写能力（能够应对日常工作简单沟通）
良好的沟通能力（需要与不同类型的用户沟通，***有与特殊人群比如残疾人或者家长沟通的经验）
能够同时处理多项任务，有效地安排工作的优先级，并能独立开展完成工作
可以接受出差 （每个月2-3次）
有独立组织过用户活动的经验（plus）
