职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司软件产品(主要是web产品和手机app)的系统测试工作
2、理解产品开发流程，并根据实际情况来驱动测试流程和规范产品开发流程
3、编写测试计划、测试用例、测试报告等文档
4、执行测试并跟踪缺陷
5、执行回归测试
6、选择合适的框架来对一部分测试工作自动化并维护自动化框架
7、开发和维护app产品的nightly build
任职资格：
1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历
2、1年以上软件开发或软件测试经验，尤其在web产品和手机app产品中
3、熟悉测试体系、测试理论、测试流程、测试方法，能够自觉的意识到自己在软件测试工作中的任务和角色
4、拥有作为测试人员的思维方式，严谨认真的完成测试任务
5、善于团队合作，善于思考，学习能力强
6、有linux使用经验，svn使用经验更佳
7、具有一种或多种脚本语言编写经验(python, perl, sh)更佳
8、能够熟练阅读英文技术文档更佳
9、对自动化测试流程有理解更佳
