职位描述：
1、带领团队负责网站的运营及维护，监督指导下属对网站上用户内容与用户活动的审核、编辑工作；
2、负责统筹安排组员的工作，合理配置人员；
3、负责各部门之间的工作协调，联合其他部门完成网站日常运营、改进等工作；
4、负责网站中不良信息的审查，定期整理上报不良信息、汇总分类，并对该类信息进行定期维护，收集编辑信息安全要求，提出具体需求，监督执行并确保执行效果；
5、定期整理总结数据与工作，提出产品反馈，及时做书面报告。
6、主动发现现有工作方式和工作效率改进的问题，并提出解决问题的合理办法
招聘要求：
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，相关互联网工作经验1年以上，若审核经验丰富，学历要求可适当降低；
2、良好的组织和工作协调能力，有相关大型互联网编辑主管工作者优先，带过10人左右的团队为佳；
3、具备良好的职业道德及较强的团队合作精神，能承受较大的工作压力，为人正直，有良好的判断能力，工作积极主动，有较强的责任感及工作担当精神；
4、具备新闻敏感性，有较强的信息意识，能够准确判断与收集信息，反应灵敏，能鉴别与迅速反馈项目所需信息；
5、有较多的分类知识，能够对查询信息做正确标引；
6、熟练使用计算机的各种操作方法，高效完成文案处理工作；公司介绍
