The Role

    

This Account Manager plays an important role in semi expansion project, who will manage pre-defined Chinese domestic and multinational semi accounts to achieve sales goal and increase the share of wallet. This role involves executing all sales activities including demand generation, build solid customer relationship, provide technical consulting, solving problems with semi applications engineers as well as partners, and working closely with internal or external cross functional teams for long-term account development plan.

    

    

Responsibilities

    

·       Consistently meets activity and objective goals to achieve assigned sales quota

    

·       Proactively engaged in semi-focused accounts for Chinese and Multinational semi companies

    

·       Work with support team to provide technical consulting, seminar and support in a full catalog product scope to customers

    

·       Design and execute on territory/account plan to develop the territory/key accounts

    

·       Create, qualify, advance, close and manage sales opportunities

    

·       Coordinate and utilize internal resources and partners

    

·       Provide feedback and contribute to team success

    

    

Requirements

    

  • Minimal 3 year working experiences in test & measurement industry, semi-industry preferred
  • Project/business resources for China fabless or semi accounts are preferred
  • EE, Micro-electronics or semiconductor related major is preferable
  • Knowledge about semiconductor industry from design, lab characterization, validation and verification process, D2T.
  • Familiarity with semi OSAT business planning, operation process in China region is preferable
  • Familiarity with Semi ATE, related industry background or project experience is preferable
  • Proficiency in National Instruments’ core products, RF, RIO is preferable
  • NI certification like CLD/CLA is preferable
