Summary of job duties and responsibilities:

The primary function of this position is for Invoice issue, AR control, general ledger, fixed assets registration, group report, governmental report

Primary duties and responsibilities:
Prepare account reconciliation on month basis
Maintain daily and monthly GL entries including accruals and adjustments
Working closely with other functions and client site to ensure timely submission of financial reports based on US GAAP and local GAAP
Responsible for GL ledger accounts reconciliation
Provide supports for financial and GL data analysis
Prepare monthly internal management package correctly and on time
Assist in company budget preparation and forecasts cash flow requirements
Ensure correct booking & allocation
Asset management report
Monthly AR closing review
Monthly & Annual Tax filling & return
Annual Auditor

Experience/qualifications requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years experience in related areas in multinational companies
Good command of English and Mandarin both speaking and written
Familiar with General Accepted Accounting Principles such as US GAAP and local GAAP
ERP experience (Baan system preferable) and/or SOX experience a plus
Self-motivated, initiative and able to work under pressure
Good team player and interpersonal skill
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with customer service oriented
Certificated Accountant is preferred
