Summary of job duties and responsibilities: 工作简述
Respond to customer inquiries via telephone communication and email transmission in an efficient and effective manner. Customer Service Officer support and troubleshoot product issues as well as assist in determining resolution for customers. In addition, he/she will be required to generate new business through retention and penetration activities.

Primary duties and responsibilities: 主要职责
? Respond to inbound service requests via telephone and email inquiries and log the service requirements from the customers in system 处理客户的来电和EMAIL,并将服务要求登陆到系统
? Despatch service enquiries to appropriate parties 将服务要求分派到相关部门
? Keep track Emergency Response Officer/technicians, equipment installation, service & preventive maintenance schedule 跟踪记录服务工程师的工作(设备安装, 维修服务)
? Rectify complaint situation during telephone hotlines handling 处理客户投诉
? Maintain a good record and filing system to ensure customer's data and contracts are maintained and secured 维护顾客记录/合同,确保准确和安全
? Collect data and compile report in order to provide information to management for update performance and analysis 收集数据并提供相关的报告
? Capture market share and explore new business opportunities 收集市场信息和拓展新业务的机会
? Identify sales opportunity, conduct sales calls and customer visits within the assigned territory 确定销售机会,采用电话销售/拜访客户的方式完成销售业务
? Keen on generating new business to achieve sales target through retention and penetration activities 和客户保持良好的关系并开拓新业务
? Ad hoc assignment from Supervisor and management on business issues 其它主管分派的任务


Skills & knowledge requirements: 技能要求
? Meticulous and detailed, has strong analytical skills and a keen sense of business acumen 细心并注重细节, 有较强的分析能力和商业意识
? Good communication skill via telephone良好的电话沟通技巧
? Able to perform under pressure, with a hands-on approach to troubleshoot 能承受压力,并能 解决问题
? Highly motivated, Customer Focus, Self-starter 自我激励, 以客户为中心,自发性高
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in Chinese and English 优秀的人际交往和沟通能力(中文和英文)
? Has strong technological knowledge in MS office applications良好的计算机技术应用
? Team player 团队合作
? Process oriented 注重过程
? Fast learner 学习能力强
? Preferably with Good Selling and Negotiation Skills 最好有良好的销售技巧和谈判技能

Experience/qualifications requirements: 基本要求
? Above 1 year related experience in customer relationships or call center operation preferably with MNCs 至少一年工业行业客户经验或呼叫中心相关经验
? Strong interest and passion in serving customers in a contact centre environment 对服务客户有强烈的兴趣和热情
? Excellent listening and qualification skills. Able to resolve problem and deliver commitment 优秀的倾听能力和相关技能,能够解决问题并信守承诺
