Job Description:
1. Be the subject matter expert for all AP & T&E related issues of Greater China entities
2. Work with external business partner to check & verify the processing and monitoring of payments and expenditures:
a. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
b. Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices
c. All queries from Tyco and external vendors are properly handled and resolved within timeline
3. Ensure that staff are paid in a timely and appropriate manner and that vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits
4. Carry out accounting and paperwork tasks related to the actual efficient maintenance as well as processing of company accounts payable transactions
5. Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
6. Assist in month end closing
7. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
8. Assist with other projects as needed


Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
? Accounting degree with > 3 yrs of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a MNC environment.
? Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
? Knowledge of accounting and regulatory practices of China would be an advantage
? Mature individual who can interface with internal/external customers of all levels
? Organized, time-sensitive & results driven

? Understanding and exposure/experience in a MNC environment
? Experience/exposure in working with outside partners desirable
