Primary Responsibilities主要职责

职位综述：

研发新菜肴，食品推广，和日常厨房运作。性格外向，乐于和顾客沟通便于得到顾客反馈，丰富的西餐知识

工作内容：

1、 遵守公司各项规章制度，协调各工种的关系，完成本岗位承担的工作任务。

2、 承担管理职责，做好厨房生产、人员的调配组织管理及班次的计划安排工作。

3、 根据厨师的技艺专长和工作表现，负责对下属定期进行考核评估。

4、 根据菜单，制定菜点的规格标准；检查库存食品的质量和数量，合理安排使用食品原料，审签原料订购，把好成本控制关。

5、 负责指导厨房与饼房、冷房领班的工作，搞好班组间的协调工作，及时解决工作中出现的问题。

6、 不断研制新的菜点品种，并保持餐厅内的风味特色。

7、 督促员工执行卫生法规及各项安全卫生制度，避免工作中可能出现的安全问题及食物中毒事故的发生。

8、 主动与餐厅经理沟通，听取宾客及服务部门对菜点质量的意见，与采购供应等部门协调关系，不断改进工作。

9、 服从公司管理，完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格:

1、 身体健康，有较强的事业心，热爱本职工作，工作认真负责。

2、 熟悉西餐厅厨房生产流程，全面掌握西餐菜肴制作流程及烹饪技术，熟悉美式、意式西餐风格。

3、 较强的组织管理能力和一定的专业英语基础。

4、 高中以上文化程度，具有5年以上西餐厅厨师长工作经历或达一级以上西餐烹饪厨师水平。

5、有控制成本及掌握开发菜品的能力，并可以带领团队共同完成目标。
