Responsibility:
● Prepare import and export shipping documents
● Manage customs declaration process and cycle time
● Verify freight forwarder and incoterm
● Track shipment transportation
● Co-ordinate and monitor the service level with 3PL, forwarders, I/E agent
● Assist in shipment claim process
● Manage 3PL, local warehouse, consignment warehouse, IPS operation
● Co-ordinate local warehouse, consignment warehouse and IPS inventory audit
● Prepare related reports
● Monitor local logistics expenses, verify freight cost and logistics service billing

岗位职责:
● 准备进口和出口装运单据；
● 管理报关过程和周期
● 跟进运输状况
● 监督和管理第三方物流公司，货运代理，I / E代理
● 协助进行货运索赔程序
● 管理当地第三方物流，仓库，寄售仓库，IPS操作
● 统筹本地仓库，寄售仓库和IPS库存审计
● 准备相关报告
● 监控当地的物流费用，确认货运成本和物流服务费



Requirements.

● University graduate with 3 years’ experience in logistics industry
● Hands-on experience in import and export procedure and regulation
● Good analytical skills
● Good communication skills to work with different internal and external parties
● Proficient language skills, written and oral English and country specific language
● Proficient PC skills
