工作职责:

Job responsibility:

1. Responsible for the test program development, debugging and optimization of the WAT

2. WAT level memory device electrical performance analysis, WAT product program setup, and testing problem analysis

3. Memory device technology development and cell-level device testing and characterization technology development

4. Familiar with semiconductor WAT cell-level testing, engaged in the development of WAT test programs and the analysis

and resolution of test problems, etc.

5. Familiar with memory device physics, with experience in device-level electrical performance analysis or yield optimization

任职资格:

Position requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics engineering, semiconductor, microelectronics, material and related

2. At Working experience: more than 2 years of working experience in WAT test program, development, memory-related

working experience is preferred

3. Test program algorithm code experience is required

4. Familiar with C/C++, VBA language is preferred

4. Good communication skills, strong leadership qualities

5. Solid technical expertise in electrical components working principle and mechanism

6. Think and operate independently, while simultaneously focusing on many diverse priorities
