Entegris is seeking a FAE for its Specialty Chemical and Engineered Materials (SCEM) product lines, who will have tremendous visibility within the company, leading efforts to solve our customers’ most challenging problems and sell new opportunities. This role provides the technical selling energy for new products, providing leadership for launches, commercialization efforts and guidance for technical support of Entegris’ Specialty Gas and Specialty Materials BU solutions. This position will be based in China Shanghai/or Wuhan/or Beijing and may require occasional domestic and international travel:
· Primary role to serve as the Technical Product Expert of Specialty Gas and Specialty Materials in supporting China customers; partially to support and back up in SE Asia regional customers.
· Own customer evaluations to ensure sharp execution so benefits of the results are aligned with customer buying motives, including initial product introduction, evaluation metric negotiation, successful evaluation completion, CoO modeling, and proliferation through identified customer tool base;
· Establish intimate customer relationships to become the “Go To” Process materials supplier for the target customers;
· Create plans and actions to drive revenue and market share growth for Entegris’ SCEM solutions to the target customer audience;
· Ensure/ provide the right level of technical and application support during customer qualifications;
· Drive, participate and advise technical oriented roadmap customer discussions;
· Drive and participate in VOC (Voice of customer), New Product Identification and development activity with the SCEM product management teams:
· Work with the account managers to identify, develop, and prioritize the opportunities using Entegris’ value selling process to lead discovery and advocating phases of the selling process;
· Support account managers with product presentations and technical discussions;
· Participate in regular business review meetings with the SCEM leadership team and represent the region in both local and global opportunity reviews;
- Train customers and fellow colleagues on relevant process solutions knowledge;
· Take ownership of product positioning, and life cycle management to maintain market share;
· Maintain customer process equipment install base and Entegris product database(s);
· Work with other functional teams such as Account Managers, Supply Chain, Quality, and Product Marketing etc. to support customers’ requirements and operations
Global communication of POR wins with SCEM team members, and case studies describing the POR position technically
· Possessing an attitude of ownership, accountability, and never willing to quit

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/Materials or equivalent technical field required; Master’s degree or PhD is a plus;
· 4+ years of experience as an ion implant equipment engineer in a wafer fab environment or a semiconductor Process Tool Manufacturer (PTM). Former employment with one of the PTM’s is a plus;
· Experience with high purity Gas Delivery Systems, Ion Implanter maintenance as well as its consumables. Experience with adjacent process equipment (such as Etch, CVD, Epi, FPD) is a plus;
· 2+ years pre-sales/marketing management experience preferred;
· Demonstrated ability to develop and present technical presentations;
Excellent English and Mandarin speaking skills
