•  To support the day-to-day operations by performing designated transaction processing tasks or accounting activities as assigned by respective Process Team Leader(s) in meeting the accuracy and productivity requirements.  To work together as a team, achieve the team goals and performance targets by identifying, proposing, developing and implementing improvement initiatives.   
• To respond to questions or queries from end-users or customers or vendors according to the Center’s protocol and/or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); maintain and improve the quality of services continuously.       
• Transactional Processing: Perform and execute transactions and/or activities in Record to Report, Order to Cash, Payables to Pay, and Data Management workstream as assigned by supervisor  according to the established SOPs and meeting the accuracy and productivity requirements     
• Customer Services: Respond to queries for resolving any issues during the transaction handling and explaining the procedures and control requirements in order to ensure timely completion of tasks as assigned while maintaining the quality and internal controls as stipulated by the Center management
• Support month end reporting 
• Quality check and ensure proper review on daily transactions

• Retails, Ecommerce experience is preferred.

• Applied Learning: Quick in learning new process and new tasks ·        
• Initiating Action: Take initiative to explore and enhance work efficiency, problem solving skills.

• Proficient in SAP and Excel Modeling. Advanced Excel skills such as Macro is an advantage 
• Willing to handle transactional works
• Detailed-oriented
• 2+ years of experience in total, with strong experience in Accounting required
• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance preferred, at least with Higher Diploma or above

Proficient in English  

Average in a second language in Asia (Japanese/Korean) is preferred
