? Supporting the implementation process of the EPS requirements to make sure all the defined target is clearly aligned and satisfied.
? Participating the development team of EPS system in the collaboration project between customer and supplier. Monitoring, correcting and escalating (if needed) the development process to make sure all the milestones are met.
? Supporting the change management during the EPS development process.
? Supporting the problem analysis during the development process.
? Organization of the business trips and workshops.

任职要求：
? Bachelor or Master in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or Electrical Engineering
? More than 3 years working experience in the field of driving dynamics.
? Working experience in OEM preferred, well know development process and tools.
? Good knowledge of automotive engineering, well understand the driving dynamics especially steering system (EPS) and component.
? Proficient skills for test vehicle setting in driving dynamics field.
? Proficient skills in MS Office.
? Precise and independent working altitude.
? Strategic and analytic thinking and acting.
? Good communication skills and strong team spirit.
? Good driving skills
? Advance English (reading, writing & speaking).

因科不仅提供技术支持，还有自主研发的系列产品。通过以往的项目经验，为降低人 力成本，缩短测试时间，高效率的完成质量管控，我司研发的主要产品有 Orange HiL，一 个可以模拟整车系统，并实现多个 ECU 集成测试。另一款产品“OrangeRack”, 是一款能 解决，在测试阶段时无法持续供电问题的一个优化产品。 最后介绍的一款产品 “OrangeSwitch”,是一个独立的测试转换器，可以让 HiL 或其它测试环境中的多个 ECU 做 到自动切换的功能。
因科拥有自己的技术培训学院，针对不同等级的技术和管理人员，制定从基础知识， 到专业方面的进修，再到高级后备领导人才的项目管理， 提供指定行业内培训和进修计 划。培训包括：
