Job Descriptions

§  Lead support strategy and oversee support activities on ETL (DataStage)

§  Provide level 2 & 3 support/maintenance as defined in the scope of the project – Monitoring Performance, proactively resolves any issues in line with relevant SLAs, working on complex Incidents`

§  Monitor batch jobs and resolve issues pertaining to Data Stage jobs

§  Performs configuration/development of new datasets and data models

§  Responsible to provide ticket status and create knowledge articles

§  Provide coordination support to helpdesk team, other support teams and 3rd party vendors as required for issue resolution

Job Requirements

§  3-5 years’ working experience

§  Experience working in support project

§  Familiar with DataStage, Azure or IBM MDM will be preferred

§  Excellent analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills

§  Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
