职位描述：

1、熟悉国际海运操作事务，负责与国外代理，当地SHPR联系，报价，订舱，排载等

2、处理客人出货前后对货物进出口流程的咨询，提供跟踪和查询服务；

3、客户信息的及时反馈，与客户、业务员、船东及船代进行协调与沟通；

4、及时处理在操作过程中的各种投诉和建议，定期进行客户回访、沟通维护客户关系；

5、处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报。

任职要求：

1、国际经济贸易、外贸英语、国际物流等本科及以上学历，男女不限；

2、英语四级或以上，熟悉基本办公软件操作；

3、开朗热情，能吃苦耐劳，具体良好的客户服务意识及沟通能力，协调能力强；

4、高度的责任感及较强的团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力；

5、做事细心沉稳，服从领导安排；

6、3年以上货代行业客服从业经验。
