Key Responsibilities

· Promote Innovation at an account level by introducing Six Sigma and Transformation capabilities of Concentrix.

· Conduct process assessments to identify gaps and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities

· Work with the global innovation team to implement global best practices in your region

· Driving Lean Six Sigma culture and plan Lean Six Sigma training at country level.

· Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to develop Quality related training.

· Identifying opportunities for streamlining workflows by applying Six Sigma best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of operational process

· Lead China innovation program, promote innovation culture and drive innovation score at country level through leading six sigma projects and automation assessments yourself

· Collaborate and support with global team to develop various programs

Basic Qualifications

· 8+ years of experience in BPO, quality management, process management

· Experience with Lean Six Sigma and quality toolkits training.

· Training course design and content development

· Ability to manage project, drive work to deadlines, engage stakeholders and follow up on outstanding items

· Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple demands

· Ability to create effective partnerships at all levels of the organization.

· Excellent verbal, written, presentation and storytelling skills; must be capable of communicating information to diverse audiences

· Strong analytical, diagnostic, consulting and problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions to meet the needs of clients and operations

· Demonstrated experience and teaching of To Be Process Design and modeling

· Ability to create and teach how to create business case (CBA document)

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Demonstrated experience performing and training process and data analysis

· Proficient to Mastery level in Excel, Power Point and Word

· Have experience to strongly showcase Innovation or Transformation value proposition with existing customers and during the sales process for potential customers

· Have demonstrated success with projects leveraging the above-mentioned skills, experience and knowledge

· The position will support businesses located around China and minimal travel may be required but not often.

Required Education

BA/BS

PMP, Coaching and other professional certifications are plus.
