Mandatory Skills:

? Fluent in Speaking Chinese to communicate with end customer. Ability to communicate in English with the offshore team

? Experience in administering and troubleshooting the provisioned Infrastructure in cloud (Tencent cloud experience desirable)

? Prior experience working in SLA based ticket/incident servicing engagement:

? Installation, configuration, customization & enhancements of applications. 

? Participate in cross functional teams (End customers, Local site Integrators, Vendors etc) to resolve issues 

? Exposure in real time monitoring and management tools is desirable

? Experience working with a ticketing system – Remedy

? Excellent problem solving skills

? Excellent customer service skills

? Good vendor communication skills

Preferred Skills: 

Prior experience in supporting IoT sensor and hardware based solution. 

Job Roles/Responsibilities:

1. L2/L3 support Activities - Incident fixing, Problem resolution, Service request fulfillment, Change Management, Minor Enhancements

2. Should be able to handle application management responsibilities such as downtime management, release management and supporting application audits

3. Should be able to coordinate application lifecycle and infra lifecycle

5. Should be self-motivated and good team player
