岗位要求：

1、热爱教育事业，热爱学生；遵纪守法，良好的医德；身体、心理健康，仪表端庄；

2、条理清晰、严谨踏实的工作作风，灵活科学的工作方法，具备服务学生、服务家长的良好意识；

3、品行良好，举止大方得体，有亲和力；

4、专业知识丰富，具备一定的学科思想，具有广阔的学科视野；

5、具备中级以上职称优先。

6、本科以上学历（儿科及相关专业）；

7、具备幼儿保健资格证书、专业技术职称证书、英语等级证书、计算机相关证书

8、大学英语四级以上水平优先。

岗位职责说明：

1、自觉遵守园内各项规章制度。

2、负责全园幼儿的疾病诊断、治疗及重病儿送医院或抢救工作。掌握各班体弱多病幼儿，给予有效治疗，深入班级巡视，每日 2次。发药要进班，做到“三核对”（对药、对人、对剂量），督促、指导幼儿服药。

2、对传染病做到早发现，早诊断，早治疗，及时隔离，要杜绝传染源，切断传染途径，控制易感儿。

3、做好每年新生幼儿入园体检及入园后定期健康检查工作，体检率达100%，发现疾病及时治疗。

4、每半年对全园幼儿普查视力一次，及早发现弱视、斜视、近视，家园配合进行治疗；每半年普查一次牙齿，并进行治疗；每半年对新入园儿童普查血色素，根据贫血程度，分别给予饮食及药物治疗。对肥胖儿、营养不良儿建立个案，落实矫治措施，争取及早结案。

5、按消毒液浓度比例，配制当天所需的消毒药液。

6、组织指导营养员、保育员的业务学习，结合不同季节，学习常见多发病及常见传染病的隔离消毒知识。

7、做好幼儿事故的应急处理，同时通知园长，协助园长做好幼儿救治、事故传报、善后处理等工作。

We believe that the key to international education reform lies in modernizing and mainstreaming the hugely impactful Montessori pedagogy. Since our founding in 2016, we have opened 20 beautiful schools across the U.S. serving students from birth through high school. We have also launched an innovative training organization to fuel our growth. We're on track to open 20 schools in the next 12 months (including our first international schools!), and plan to continue opening 20+ per year.
