The opportunity

Our tax practice revolves around helping our clients effectively manage their tax obligations proactively and responsibly. As part of a global team of 35,000 tax professionals in 150 countries, you will advise clients on planning, compliance and reporting wherever the client has needs. Our unwavering commitment to quality service and our technical networks enable you to help clients reduce inefficiencies, mitigate risk and improve opportunities within their tax functions. Groups (or, as we call them – sub-service lines) within Tax include Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Human Capital, Indirect Tax Services, International Tax Services and Transaction Tax Services.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities

• Manage client’s payroll portfolio

• Deliver effective and efficient payroll and advisory services to meet the diverse needs of our clients

• Handle complex project implementation work, responsible for transition and implementation of the engaged client work

• Ensure all work done in compliance with our policies and protocols

• Support public seminar/conference

• Develop and establish good client relationships

• Other ad-hoc projects

Skills and attributes for success

• Managing and delivering high-quality projects and results to ensure the highest customer satisfaction;

• Provide assistance and value added client work under the coaching and mentoring of manager and partner.

Requirements:

To qualify for the role you must have

• University graduates with payroll experience or consulting experience gained from a professional service firm

• Possess strong technical capabilities for payroll

• Extensive experience in managing large client portfolios for both MNCs and local enterprise

• Good communication skills

• Team player, energetic, mature and flexible

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Strong negotiation skills, able to sustain opinion and handle challenges
