Major Responsibilities:
1. Improvement and Development of HRIS
- Deliver efficient HR Services of HRIS specific process as well as corresponding interfaces
- Identify service delivery issues by taking appropriate actions to resolve
- Improve quality standards by addressing data quality issues to the respective stakeholders, keeping HR metrics in consideration including third party KPI
- Involve in cross departmental groups and projects to support an integrated HR service based on the requirements assigned by HRIS Team leader.
- Track incidents and problems, address those immediately and propose solutions in timely manner, also related to conflicts between local necessities and global rules and regulations
2. Daily Operations
- Know HRIS processes, changes, project requests and developments within China and supports in administration as needed.
- Handle all regular queries defined in the HRIS processes and individual/complex queries which cannot be handled by Front Office and/or HRIS Associates, also those not related to regular administrative tasks of defined HRIS processes
- Take ownership for the resolution of all queries ensuring timely, accurate and value add responses to all related stakeholders
3. Training/Knowledge Transfer
- Deliver Global / Regional / or country specific training to HR Services Associates and Professionals.
- Develop, maintain and improve detailed knowledge management of HRIS processes and interfaces for China.
- Responsible for knowledge transfer with in the HRIS team via appropriate documentation
Education, Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree or equivalent, especially with the main focus on Science and/or Human Resources.
- 2+ years HR Services/HRIS experience of working within international teams.
- English language skills, fluent in written and spoken form, plus local language requirements.
- Strong Knowledge of key major HR processes, systems and corresponding interfaces
- Strong customer orientation with proven experience, service delivery management, HR process design and employee administration.
- Team player who is able to support change and motivate others.
- High degree of integrity, reliability and motivation
- Ability to lead and train co-workers as well as colleagues in different level positions
- Good analytical and mathematical understanding
- Very good skills in SAP GHP (HR Module) as well as Excel are a strong requirement
