Job description:
1 Identify and gather relevant company, industry, and economic information using our expert network, database and surveys. (30%)
2 Conduct regular insightful reports based on our designed format within deadlines. (30%)
3 Assist with customer projects and expert calls and coordinate with colleagues in offices. (10%)
4 Continue to build knowledge in wide range of fields, as well as to identify, review, and maintain information sources and databases. (10%)
5 Assist with IT team to develop the database. (10%)
6 Assist senior management in data assembly, preparation of presentation materials and other ad hoc assignments. (10%)

Qualifications:
1 Graduates in real estate, economics/finance, statistics or quantitative research from famous Universities
2 At least two year's working experience in research/consulting, some experience in real estate industry is preferred
3 Strong in economics and/or statistics and Strong analytic skills
4 Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
5 Good command of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc;
6 A self-motivated, detail-oriented candidate possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills;
7 A team player, able to work under pressure.
