Job description:
1.Communicate with BUHR to understand the business, define training needs, develop training plan, and coordinate to implement the annual training plan
2.Manage external training vendor: select & evaluate vendor and trainer, define the content, review the contract with legal department, executive and monitor the training implementation etc
3.Act as course owner of personal skill related trainings
4.Follow up training program evaluation result & provide improvement suggestions to Founders
5.Deliver trainings on request
6.Work with cross border team for program development & implementation on request

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in management (HR would be a plus)
2.At least 3 years training related experience in multinational company, experienced in learning and development procedures and application.
3.English CET6 and above, fluent in oral and proficient in written.
4.Skillful interpersonal communication /diplomatic.
5.Self motivated, disciplined and organized.
6.Passion in learning and development of people.
