岗位职责。

1、负责各类景观设计、公共空间环境设计等，包括概念设计、初步及深化设计等各个环节，在项目中起关键主导作用。
2、负责项目前期及执行过程中的业主对接沟通工作，包括设计任务及要求制定、商务谈判、合同拟写、项目进度计划制定与实施等。
3、独立完成方案主创设计工作，提供高质量的创新方案，并解决项目产生的技术问题。
4、监督及指导下属设计师所要达到的目标，确保项目计划实施进度和项目过程中的协同效率，带领团队高效高品质的完成设计任务。
5、把控整体设计效果，整合完整的景观方案，负责与业主的沟通研讨及成果汇报等工作。

（二）任职要求。

1、景观、建筑、规划、环艺相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2、五年以上专业设计单位相关岗位工作经验，包括3年以上团队领导经验，有过大型项目景观设计管理工作经验；持有注册建筑师者优先。
3、具备较强的概念设计、方案设计、深化设计能力，优秀的设计表现与手绘技能，对设计创作富有激情，思路开阔，逻辑思维能力强。
4、熟悉景观规划设计项目的各个环节，能够从概念方案到施工图全程把控，并组织优化实施。
5、做事认真严谨，具有强烈的责任感与执行力，良好的团队合作精神与服务意识。
