Supply Chain Management: To lead the supply team in providing a professional materials management and planning function to enable the company KS Division to:

· Improve supplier quality

· Achieve the lowest possible material cost arrangements

· Reduce order cycle times

· Reduce working capital; Raw Material, WIP and Finished goods

· Achieve outstanding levels of customer service through rapid response to orders and Customer complaints.

· Facilitate an effective import process.

· Optimize production efficiencies by effective scheduling and planning.



Manufacturing Management: To provide leadership to the manufacturing teams to ensure an effective and efficient conversion process characterized by:

· Highly motivated and committed employees.

· A team culture focused on continuous improvement.

· Flexible and multi-skilled teams capable of adapting to changing demands, products and processes.

· A workplace that is safe, clean, organized and professional.

· An attitude of customer care.

· Continually improving productivity levels.

· New hand-made production line launch



Manufacturing Technology:

· Ensure capacity for all production processes is developed in line with overall business plan; Manage projects to upgrade capability or capacity;

· Research and develop technology that ensures company remains a leader in cost and quality; Translate new product designs into the manufacturing operations



Quality Management:

· Ensure the quality control system is in place and well implemented..



EHS Management:

· Ensure the operation is fully in line with local EHS legislation and monitor the related KPIs



Additional Duties:

· Cooperate internal risk audit
