Periodical Closing and Reporting (40%)
- Coordinate month-end closing under supervision of accounting manager
- Plan and lead physical count of tangible assets
- Prepare monthly IFRS financial reports following corporate policy
- Prepare monthly China financial reports following PRC GAAP
- Review AR/AP accounts reconciliation.
Book Keeping (25%)
- Ensure integrity between GL and sub-ledgers
- Ensure proper retention of accounting records
- Put through all GL related accounting entries
Financial Analysis (10%)
- Prepare financial analysis for monthly management reports
- Make reconciliation between accounting system and tax system
Budget (10%)
Annual Audit (10%)
Other ad hoc reporting works (5%)
