岗位职责：
协助部门完成培训项目的运营支持；
员工档案的建立、查询、核准等管理；
简历收集、录入、整理；
系统数据录入；
相关文件整理归档；
职位要求：
本科以上学历，人力资源、心理学、劳动经济学等相关专业。
工作认真努力、责任心强、有较好的语言表达和沟通能力。
能够保证实习半年以上，每周至少4天全职。
有敏锐的观察力，能积极主动发现问题和解决问题；性格开朗，有良好的沟通意识和理解的能力；工作认真细致，态度主动谦逊。
