Summary of job duties and responsibilities:

Assist the Asia HR team in carrying out activities related to HRIS projects in the region in particular Greater China.


Primary duties and responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and complete activities related to projects.
2. Assist in project related process change management.
3. Assist in gathering, verifying data for data migration.
4. Prepare and performance User Acceptance Testing.
5. Provide support to HR team in meeting projects deliverables.
6. Provide daily system support to HR users.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.


Experience/qualifications requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources and 2 years of general HR experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. HR related system implementation experience is preferred.
3. English communication skill in oral and writing.
4. Proficient in computer using; experienced in delivering reports in PPT, excel etc.
5. Good interpersonal skills, organizing and coordinating ability, dedicated and ability to treat confidential data in a professional way
6. Self-motivated and time prioritization; ability to work independently and effectively.
7. Able to work under pressure with passion to deliver excellent service to meet customer satisfaction
