1. 高分子材料相关专业应届硕士毕业生（2020届，高分子化学与物理、材料加工工程、材料工程、材料学等均可）；
   
2. 具备良好的组织协调能力及良好英文阅读能力；
   
3. 身心健康，品行端正。
