Job Summary:
-) Manager all EOBs and responsible for clearing the outstanding accounts with the collaboration of Finance.

Position Description:
-) Manage various insurance receivables, identify issues and bottleneck, propose solutions to you immediate superiors.
-) Check with insurer for EOB enquiries e.g. missing remittance and missing EOB
-) To monitor weekly remittance by insurer. Conduct meeting/concall with insurer for any irregularities of the low collections.
-) Carry out monthly reconciliation with insurer. Liaise with insurer for any irregularities in Direct Billing service procedure. Conduct meeting and solve it timely.
-) Mange various sub-teams performances in relation to insurance claims submission, EOB posting and collections and etc.
-) Liaise with IT Dept. for new CMS programming. To be a smart user when new function is on board.
-) Be part of Contract Review committee to review new and re-new insurance contracts.

Position Requirements:
-) Bachelor degree or above, major in accountancy/mathematics is a plus.
-) More than 3 years working experience in insurance and medical industry prefers.
-) Excellent oral and written in English.
-) Professional Etiquette.
-) Independent decision-making skills.
-) Ability to respond to patient on credit matters in a courteous fashion.
-) Ability to work well under pressure.
