Main Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day sales activities for inventories
- Maintain AR ledger, reconcile with customers on invoices and payments
- AR collection
- Inventory reconciliation
- Organize filing for sales
- Perform month end closing
- Prepare sales and aging report in a accurate and timely manner
- Assist in annual audit activities

Job Qualification
- B.A. Finance, Accounting, Business, or other related education background
- Knowledge in NetSuite or equivalent ERP software
- At least 4 years experiences in international companies
- Experience in logistic management / MNC is preferred
- Good English and computer skills
