Responsibility:
？ Responsible for the statutory and financial reporting of PRC entities.
？ Maintain G/L accounts. Daily review and code invoices/vouchers. Prepare weekly payment release list, monthly intercompany invoicing. Properly record bank transactions in the ERP system.
？ Participate in month-end closing. Prepare bank statements reconciliation, perform balance sheet accounts analysis/reconciliation.
？ Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedule, prepayment and accrual schedules.
？ Timely perform online filing of PRC corporate income tax, VAT, IIT, Business Tax.
？ Fulfill periodic mandatory reporting requirement from various PRC government and trade bodies, such as the Tax Bureau, Bureau of Statistics and Semicon Trade Assoc.
？ Proactively monitor and keep abreast latest PRC tax policies and regulations. Alert management of any favorable tax rule the company is eligible to apply.
？ Bank payment and foreign currency transactions.
？ Ad hoc reports and projects as needed, e.g. audit preparation, assist Business Dev group in application of government grants and sponsored projects.

Qualification:
？ Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
？ Minimum 5 years experience in accounting.
？ Technical knowledge and understanding of PRC-GAAP.
？ Advanced ERP system and MS Office skills
？ Ability to work independently, self-motivated and self-directed
？ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
？ Quick learner, positive attitude, ability to grow
