工作职责：
1、制订集团下属金潮玉玛国际酒店人力资源规划，执行集团人力资源管理制
度，完善公司人力资源管理制度；
2．负责组织总部及下属企业的各岗位的定岗定编工作；
3．负责人员招聘、培训工作，建立关键人才的储备机制；
4．完善激励机制，负责员工的评估考核与薪酬管理；
5．负责员工劳动关系管理，提供人力资源相关服务；
6．负责审核下属企业的工资报表；
7．负责本部门的人员管理，培养本部门所需的专业人才；
8、上级领导交办的其它工作。

任职条件：
1、35岁左右，人力资源管理相关专业本科以上学历；
2、7年以上人力资源管理经验，三年以上酒店行业人力资源管理经验优先；
3、良好的职业素养，较好的沟通协调能力，团队协作精神；
4、能够适应不同文化的差异，能够承受压力；
5、熟练使用各种办公软件。

金潮玉玛国际酒店

The Jingchao Yuma International Restaurant

The Jingchao Yuma International Restaurant is a five-star class restaurant integrated with such functions as vacation, business operation, meeting, entertainment and accommodation etc, locating by the Chaobai River in the New Town of the Shunyi District of Beijing City, and neighboring Binghe Road and the Olympic Water Sports Ground in the east, villa district in the west, the administrative center of the New Town in the south, and the CBD in the north, only 8 km away from the Capital Airport of Beijing City.

Based on the design principle of “Modern, beautiful and luxurious” and the design concept of “Human Orientation”, the restaurant has been built up into a modern one with such characteristics as unique virescence, road, square and water.
