Your Tasks:

• You prepare and place advertisements for recruitment and job positions
• You review applications & resumes
• You conduct precalls with the candidates and arrange interviews
• You are responsible for on-/ offboarding of employees and update the staff handbook
• You create contracts for the employees and take care of other documents
• You assist the department heads with special projects
• You organize and participate on job fairs
• You take over general administrative tasks

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree or similar education
• Your English skills are good (speaking and writing)
• You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• You have a strong service and customer orientation, are high motivated and have a professional appearance
• You have an independent and structured way of working as well as good organizational skills
• You are a team player, self-driven and pro-active, a quick learner and open minded to new ideas and feedback
• German language skills and collected experience abroad would be an advantage
