岗位职责：

1.负责包括微信公众号、知乎、头条等的新媒体渠道的传播选题、内容编辑以及日常推送和管理，对阅读量、粉丝增长量等数据负责。

2. 能够根据公司产品的营销需求，撰写相关宣传文案/软文，或进行简单的短视频剪辑工作；

3.了解教育行业动态，有较强的市场洞察力，对社会新闻热点事件敏感，能策划借势营销亮点；

4.协助、配合公司其他部门举办的线上/线下活动。

任职要求：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，中文、编辑、新闻学、传播学，市场营销等相关专业优先；
2. 1年以上新媒体运营管理经验，独立运营过微信公众号，熟悉微信编辑排版软件，如秀米等；
3. 英文听说读写流利，同时具备扎实的中文文字功底，表达严谨，思路新颖，有教育行业经验者优先；
4. 会使用一些基本的视频剪辑软件，可以进行简单的短视频创作；
5. 思维活跃，工作主动，有责任感和良好的团队合作能力，能承受一定的工作压力。
