职位描述

The mission of R&D in Shanghai is to develop the best skin care solutions specifically for Asian consumers, through the understanding of Asian consumers’ perceptions, preferences, needs, desires and their skin physiology. These knowledge will be infused into the development of global or Asian specific products, devices or services. The Administrative Assistant recruited to work in the R&D Shanghai organization will provide administrative support for the clinical & Sensory evaluation units. She will be responsible for recruiting and booking volunteers for each test project. And she will be also responsible for the test data entry. She/he will report directly to R&D Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for recruiting and booking volunteers for each test project.

- Responsible for the test data entry.

- Assist clinical & Sensory test project, distribute test products and monitor the use of volunteers

- Perform other assigned tasks by supervisor.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Seniors who are going to graduate in June next year (2021), preferably majoring in life sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, pharmacology, polymer materials, etc.
Good image, good temperament, excellent comprehensive quality, with a good professional ethics and cultural accomplishment.
Have good coordination and management capabilities and excellent expression capabilities.
With strong teamwork spirit, be meticulous and rigorous work, able to work under pressure.
Experienced in planning, social work, etc. Excellent with English and Shanghai dialect is preferred.
