Requirements/任职要求

Have at least 3 year experience in supplier development in C items, such as :
O-ring , Cables Tie , Cable Gland , Clamps ,Plastic Plugs, Gear , Gasket, Heat Shrink Tube, Sign Plate, Grease , Hinge , Chemicals etc
至少三年以上C类产品的供应商开发或相关工作经验，产品例如：O型圈，扎带，扎带固定物，夹具，塑料插座，齿轮，垫圈，热缩管，标牌, 油嘴，铰链,化学品 等
Have extensive material and has the knowledge of C items production process
拥有广泛的材料及C 类产品生产过程知识
Nice personality, logical concept , can work independently and under pressure
良好的个性，逻辑思维以及拥有独立工作能力的抗压能力
Strong negotiation & communication skill , team work attitude
有良好的谈判和沟通能力,协作态度
College degree or above in Mechanical or Economic background.
机械类或经济类相关专业，大专或以上学历
Have the knowledge of ISO9001 , ISO14000 or TS16949 .
了解 ISO9001 , ISO14000或TS16949体系
Be good at English in speaking & written .
良好的英语口语和写作能力
Good skill in MS Office and ERP system
良好的办公软件使用和ERP系统知识
Good health condition良好的身体状况

Support Sales / Key Account Manager to win new customers and projects by high efficient & competitive price & sample delivery.
通过高效,有竞争力的报价和准时的样品交付，来协助销售及大客户经理取得更多的新客户和项目
Strict implementation supplier development & management process to optimize commodity supplier base
严格执行供应商开发及管理程序以达到优化供应商的目的
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the good condition ; yearly cost reduction
通过谈判在与供应商商业协议中争取有利条件;年度降价
Work closely with SQE to help suppliers to improve quality
和供应商质量工程师紧密工作帮助供应商提高产品质量
Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
Compliance company process of ISO9001 & EHS
严格执行公司的ISO9001 & 环境和职业健康安全管理体系
