Key Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1. Execute day-to-day coordination with clients and understand client’s needs
与客户保持日常沟通，了解客户需求
2. Execute day-to-day coordination with internal teams within the account
projects,including back office/call center, IT development team,
business support team, consulting team, website team, purchasing and designer
与内部团队：客服、IT、业务支持、咨询部门、采购、设计等保持沟通从而推进项目进行
3. Ensure service delivery lead time and monitor account service SLA
确保项目按期完成，监控和保证项目按签定的服务标准执行

4. Prepare promotion plan/copywriting
撰写活动方案
5. Prepare simple data analysis
简单的数据分析
6. Prepare regular reports/ regular gift order checking
定期制作项目报告、检查项目礼品订单情况
7. Client ad-hoc request execution
客户的其他需求执行
8. Meeting participation and meeting minutes preparation
参加项目会与并撰写会议记录
Job Specification招聘要求: (including Education, technical skill & personal attributes requirements, etc.包括教育背景,技术等要求)
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
本科以上学历
2. 1-2 working experience of marketing or project management,
CRM or marketing campaign experience is a plus
1-2年从事营销或项目管理的经验，有CRM或市场营销活动经验者优先
3. Well organized
良好的组织能力
4. Strong communication skills
沟通能力强
5. Good customer service attitude
良好的服务意识

6. Detail oriented
细心，注重细节
7. Good command of English
