Summary of Position: Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the position is primarily responsible to recruit for ADEN Services Head Office in China, as well as to provide your expertise to all our Branches, including strategic vision on and planning of manpower recruitment in China.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: The primary accountabilities include:

Recruitment & Performance Management for our Head Office

You will be responsible for Head Office recruitments, especially senior positions (including for international personnel), from the definition of the position with the line manager and the job offer up to the hiring of the selected candidate; you will be assisted by our recruitment specialist.

To achieve this, you will more specifically:
- Plan most effective sourcing strategy to attract good candidates to meet the business needs;
- Select effective recruiting channels; manage and enhance existing recruiting channels; evaluate and work with recruitment vendors to improve recruitment;
- Review and revise job descriptions regularly to match jobs with organizational needs;
- Implement and update HR recruitment database;
- Prepare the job advertisements and post them through different channels;
- Select the best resumes, interview the candidates and propose a shortlist to the line manager;
- Prepare the job offer and extend it to the selected candidate;
- Manage the integration of the newcomers until the end of their probation period;
- Actively participate in the reviewing of our recruitment process and tools.

Expertise to our Branches
- Handle strategic recruitments in our branches across China.
- Develop new channels to improve the quality of the recruitments.
- Give efficient support to the HR managers in the branches as well as trainings if needed.
- Design, implement, follow up, and regularly review a recruitment plan for recruitment of first-line staff for our branch operations.

Recruitment Initiatives
- Attend universities and/or HR events to select good candidates and promote our positions.
- Establish partnerships with universities and local schools to ensure a flow of interns and new graduate recruits.
- Manage and promote the Employee Referral Program.
- Share the current recruitment trends and best practices.

Performance Management System
- Assist in performance appraisal system, implement evaluation procedure.
- Act as mediator or facilitator to communicate with all levels of management regarding performance issues.
- Work with Training Department to identify high-potential employees for talent development plan.
- Assistant to HR Director in managing special projects.

Key Skills and Competencies: The ideal candidate should possess:
- Effective interview skills.
- Good listening and communication skills, excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing or orally on job progress and other overall assignments and responsibilities.
- Aptitude and temperament to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Rigorous, proactive and able to adapt to flexible approaches.

Education & Experience Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor,s degree and at least 5 years of experience in the HR recruitment function, preferably in an international company or in an HR headhunting agency.
- Major in Human Resources Management, Business, or Psychology.
- Good knowledge of the talent market and recruitment process.
- Familiar with recruitment and talent search for mid to senior level positions.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
