Key responsibilities

• Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm Salesforce requirements for the business.

• Analyse and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.

• Oversee all system maintenance and configuration, including user set up, roles, profiles, groups, queues, security and permissions, workflows and validation rules, custom objects and fields.

• Provide expert support to key stakeholders in identifying Salesforce solutions and managing system and process changes

• Produce functional, technical and system design documentation.

• Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions.

• Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality roll-outs.

• Implement change initiatives to improve the user experience and increase productivity.

• Develop cost analysis, design considerations, and implementation time-lines.

Needed skills

• Minimum of 3 years business analyst experience

• Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams

• Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders, at all levels across the business

• Experience with Pharma or SFA are better to have

5. 参与系统功能验收工作及用户手册、新增产品功能培训资料的编写；
6. 负责客户需求调研及需求反馈的分析；

配合测试人员编写测试计划、测试用例、测试报告的编写、问题缺陷的发现及跟踪、产品用户手册编写等
