星昊医药国际和战略项目团队(ISP)的目标是迅速扩大星昊医药的全球影响力。我们的工作在与密切与研发、技术、生产队伍合作~聚集区域和了解各个国家的要求,必须与美国和欧洲提供国际系统标准校验和接轨。ISP团队的愿景是让星昊医药走出去,利用手中的技术和全球商业洞察力,使管理和研发团队做出药品产品开发的选择,推动客户的参与,确保供应商扩大星昊医药在国际市场上的成功。国际业务部项目经理会在当中担任重要的沟通和项目管理的角色。

任职要求:

- 学士学位或2+多年的经验,关系管理,跨职能团队、项目或产品的管理经验

- 优秀的沟通能力(中英文书面和口头),时间管理能力,敬业精神,以及在动态、快 节奏、跨职能性的环境中完成多项任务的能力。

- 良好的分析能力和解决问题的能力,具有自我激励和任务的归属感,将结果记录跟踪 到位。

- 具有灵活性,创造性解决问题的能力;通过分析、经验和判断相结合的能力,始终如 一地依照证据来做出正确的工作决策。

- 有能力并愿意卷起袖子来执行工作,具有汇报报告的技能和处理大型,复杂的数据收 集分析的工作经验。


Job Description

Looking for an opportunity to move fast and make a big impact? The International and Strategic Project team (ISP)'s charter is to rapidly expand Sunho Pharmaceutical's presence globally. We work across Sunho partnering closely with R&D, tech, and production teams to aggregate the regional and country requirements necessary to deliver international system parity with the US and Europ. ISP team vision is to enable Sunho to go global, using hands of the technology and delivering global business insights that enable regulatory and R&D teams to close the selection of business partner, product development.Drive customer engagement and ensure vendor success in expanded marketplaces.


The successful candidate will be organized, with a strong bias for action, and the ability to independently drive projects as well as work collaboratively and cross functionally to drive results. He or she will have strong analytical capabilities, the ability to think strategically about operational processes, have experience handling large and complex data sets, and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and manage the details of the program. As well, the successful candidate will be able to clearly define and communicate the direction of the necessary improvements both to business teams and project managers.


Basic Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent2+ years’ experience managing relationships, cross-functional teams, programs, or products

- Excellent communication skills ( In English/Chinese written and verbal), time management skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment

- Demonstrated analytical aptitude and problem solving abilitiesStrong sense of ownership and a self-starter that has track record of delivering results

- Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; demonstrated track record of creative problem solving; thinks big, starts small, grows fast

- A proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals; evidence of the ability to consistently make good decisions through a combination of analysis, experience, and judgment

- Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job doneStrong Excel and reporting skills and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
