Position Title: Teva API China Sales Account Manager TAPI 中国区客户经理

Teva is the largest generic pharmaceutical company in the world, one of the top 500 enterprises in the world. Teva API is the division of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.

Job Summary: Based in Beijing, business travel required, max 20%.To deliver sales and marketing activities to enlarge TAPI sales.

Job Description

1. Develop Teva API sales in , optimizing the opportunities for both export and local generic market.

2. Expanding the market share of the Company in China by identifying and exploring new sales opportunities.

3. Conduct sales meeting with potential customers to build the necessary direct relationships / structure to achieve TAPI’s strategic plan set until 2023.

4. Customer Service - Responsibility for attending customer’s ongoing needs. Act as principal customer liaison with regards to services, contracts, collections, logistics and any other issue, activity or interface between company and customer

5. Responsibility for building and accomplishing the annual sales work plan.

Main tasks

1. Build a strong relationship with Laboratories and Pharmaceutical Companies in China.

2. Define and implement TAPI’s strategic Workplan.

3. Leverage the current Workplan to an upper level in accordance with management’s expectations.

4. Establish different strategies per product and per customer, in order to reach the maximum possible market share.

5. Monitor and report on general market conditions, specific sales activity, and customer meetings by regularly updating system, reports or presentations as requested

6. Support customer’s ongoing needs - Customer Service.

Required Experience and Skills

1. 2-3 years’ experience in the chemical field (API preferred), could be in R&D, import/export, RA, quality, sales and marketing, sales & marketing experience is not a must but preferred.

2. Ability to work in a flexible environment. High capability of prioritization and organization. Self-motivated, capable of performing the job by him/herself.

3. Proactive, dynamic and good communication skills.

4. Capability to deal with clients at different levels.

5. Initiative abilities.

6. Fluent English in both oral and written.

7. Skillful in using word, excel and PPT.

8. Budget oriented.

9. High negotiation skills

10. Chemist or other relevant life science degree (academic) will be an advantage

11. Oversea study background is a plus.
