任职资格：

1. 广告学、新闻传播学、市场营销等相关专业，本科或以上学历；

2. 对创意有独特见解，文字功底扎实，理解领悟能力强；

3. 优秀的英文口语及书写表达能力，CET 6级或同等级水平优先；

4. 广告公司、媒介公司、商场或零售品牌等相关实习或工作经验者优先；

5. 具有较强的适应能力及优秀的沟通表达能力。

6. 工作积极主动，具备团队合作精神。
