工作内容：

1每天按开档检查表完成检查餐前的各项检查准备工作，包括灯光，音乐，空调，餐台餐具，各区域的安全卫生等。
2查看当天客人预订情况，VIP到店名称，与厨师核对当天预订菜单及时令菜销售表。
3开餐期间协助副经理在包房及各个区域巡视，及时弥补服务上不足之处，确保服务流程与质量皆按工作程序标准规范做好。
4协助及指导副经理处理客人意见反馈，如遇投诉，耐心聆听，技巧处理，不断提高自己的锻炼应变能力和沟通技巧能力。
5经常与客人沟通，聆听客人意见，及时提升服务及菜品质量，建立良好的客户关系。
6协助并监察副经理督导服务质量、餐厅卫生质量、员工纪律以及规章制度落实的情况。
7监察每天经营及销售情况，与厨师长研究菜品推广及成本控制。
8监察每天收银的清机关帐，投钱投单的工作。
9每天按收档检查表完成各项检查工作，包括餐厅，厨房（煤气总闸），前门，后门，灯光，音乐，空调及锁门等。
10领导交办的其他工作。
职位要求：

1． 形象：五官端正、形象良好
2． 学历：大专及以上学历
3． 工作经验：3年或以上同等职位从业经验。
