职位描述

- Engage with clients and internal teams to identify and assess business needs as well as market-wide opportunities.
-  Manage the sales process from first discussion to contract signing, as well as contract amendments and renewal
- Manage customer relationships both internally and externally, participate in steering meetings, and oversight the project delivery to ensure the quality.
w  Lead delivery team to ensure the projects’ quality and results to increase client satisfaction
Provide effective guidance and mentorship to team members.

Requirements
·      Deep understanding of the card scheme business or previous experience in payment industry. Experience in business development, consulting services, or fintech company a plus
·      Strategic thinking with confidence and composure to effectively oral and written communicate with senior leaders and external partners
·      Strong leadership and relationship building skills with proven ability to influence without authority across peers, superior & external stakeholders to drive projects with limited direction
·      Drive for results in ambiguity with the ability to achieve outcomes with limited guidance
·      Excellent client and team management capabilities
·      Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
·      High energy, an optimistic attitude and strong team spirit. People management experience a plus
·      Bachelor’s degree or above
·      Good oral and written skills in English
