Job Description
This position responsible for credit card products to provide consultation of respective product value proposition development, product/ card member lifecycle management, Product P&L, COCM analysis and card holder experiences. This position requires a good understanding of credit card products and credit card market competition in China.
Responsibilities will include:
· Work closely with BD and issuing banks to define credit card product strategy based on the received request by taking the market competition and issuing bank’s strength into consideration.
· Product Implementation and management: work closely with issuers’ product team to every detail to bring the credit card products to live, including launching a new product, product enhancement, lifecycle management, acquisition and to ensure the products’ profitability and sustainability.
· Market research: proactively provide the marketing insights, competitive landscape and the potential opportunities with BDs to explore the opportunity of launching more consumer products with different issuing banks to capture credit card business opportunity in China.
Qualification
· 5+ years working experience in either marketing, product marketing or sales in China.
· Highly analytical with strong financial knowledge.
· self-starter and a strategic thinker and able to work independently under target and deadline pressure.
· Communication skills both in oral and written Chinese and English
· Ability to build relationship and influence at all levels.
· University graduate or above. Master’s degree is preferred.
