职位描述
任职要求：
1、熟练使用一种Linux系统，熟悉UML；
2、熟练使用JavaScript和Ajax技术；
3、精通JAVA开发语言、熟练掌握Eclipse开发工具；
4、熟悉HTML、精通Apache、JSP、Servlet等Web开发相关技术；
5、熟悉主流数据库，熟练掌握SQL；
6、精通Transaction、Security、Persistence等机制及实现，IOC、AOP、SOA等理念及实现；
7、熟悉struts、spring、hibernate等常用开发框架，熟悉Grails更佳。
任职资格：
1、硕士及以上学历，2年以上试用java语言进行web开发的经验。
2、有较强的分析设计能力和方案整合能力。
3、有较强的学习能力。
4、具有良好的表达和交流能力，较强的沟通能力，富有进取心，有简单的项目管理经验。
5、具有阅读相关技术需求文档能力；具有一定的软件设计及文档编写能力。
