This position is responsible for all aspects of materials management system. It includes: Materials control, Improve Materials management SOP, SAP and process assessment, monitoring, reengineering, renovation and audit, team’s coaching and supporting to make sure the system running smoothly and the target been hit always.
1. Inventory control strategy, plan and execution, improve the materials management systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow.
2. Be familiar with SAP operating system and make sure the accurate and correct SAP setting to support MRP running properly and smoothly.
3. Training and coaching MM process, include CS, planning, purchasing & warehouse ect, conduct audit on a regular basis to ensure and monitor the site execution in accordance with SOP.
4. Monitor forecast trend, materials ordering, material handling, warehouse operations, inventory control activity to insure correct and effective process in inventory manage and control operations.
5. Cost control in the process of logistics operations.
6. Performs other projects, activities as required to support the site operations.
7. Comply with the superior instruction, cooperate assigned team work schedule.
8. Be responsible for his/her signatures on functional documents and/or electronic signature on functional documents and/or system documents including without limitation supplier’s quotations, specifications, quality certificates, audit paper, goods or service receiving or acceptance etc. Any supervisors’ endorsement or signature will not release him/her from any negligence, omission or mistake.

任职要求：
1，B.S. degree in business operations management, industrial engineering, or related technical discipline.
2，Eight (8) years of related materials management experience and achievement.
3，A working knowledge of high volume manufacturing operations, ERP planning systems.
4，Strong mathematical and analysis skills required.
5，Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
6，Strong personal computer skills, and MS Office (excel, word, power point).
